This assignment comes from one of our challenge participants in GA. S. Rucker asks the question:
In conversations about my past, I often say, "If I could go back and do it all again...." (I, actually just said that to my daughter about 20 minutes ago.) Think of something you really regret. How old were you? Go back in time and explain that regret to your (insert age) old self.
I lived with regrets for so long that I now reflect on my past thoughts and try to learn the lessons from them so I don't repeat or can prevent other people from repeating what I did that was undesirable.
I need some time to reflection this one.
